Enhanced Zero Point Modules or as they were more commonly known as EZPMs, were an enhanced power source built by the Ancients. Utilizing Zero point energy like their predecessors ZPMs was the most powerful energy source in the known universe. It was a very powerful–advanced piece of technology; and it was the only power source capable of providing the necessary power or energy for the Ancients Super City-ship; without which the super city would not be able to function.
