Plot
After Oliver and Felicity go into hiding from the Ninth Circle, to protect their daughter, Mia Smoak from the Ninth Circle, Team Arrow faces new challenges without their leader Oliver Queen as they struggle to keep Star City safe and protect the city from criminals.
